Wreaking Havoc! 1/48th Scale Builds

Reading up on the series, as I keep finding more to fix and others not to worry about! 
Let's look at the extremely short-lived turbochargers! Fitted, problems with extreme overheating caused the USAAC to have them replaced with the same engines used on the A-20B:
Why bring it in? Well, some histories on the F-3 Recon Havoc state they were thus equipped.
Next up, manufacturing the Havoc series. Built in halves until the end. This contradicts a very recent video which states they were built as one after a while.
Starboard side on early version (A-20C in this case):

What about that video? Well, this one has the turret preparations at the back indicating it is from production A-20G-20-DO on:
Nacelle internal detail which needs to be added to the AMT kits (even if to enhance the Eduard set):
A-20C cockpit... Should help those with the HKM Boston kit if modifying to the Mk IIIa:

It seems someone decided to 'correct' me by stating that the pilot was the first to bail and that the gunner's secondary pilot controls were there to allow him to do that. All the manuals I have that mention the secondary pilot controls don't mention their specific use but a previous post mentions that the pilot is the last to leave as he had to turn the aircraft on its back, push the stick forward and jump in the hopes of clearing the vertical tail.

From the A-20G-15-DO, they had dual heater air vents. I marked them here as all my turreted subjects will have them added:

From the A-20G-1-DO manual. The steps behind the wings didn't change from the beginning of production but I will check if the top handholds moved when the turret was installed starting with the A-20-G-20-DO.

While soviet Havocs aren't my cup o' tea, some might be interested.
From a Soviet manual where it appears that the bomb bay fuel tanks were removed to make room for more BOMBS!
Vertical rails were added to each side of the front and rear halves of the bomb bay to allow shackles to be hung:
Four bombs, on shackles, hung on the rear starboard side (looking up and aft):
A bridge (Russian term in the Soviet manual) being used to suspend a large piece of ordnance centrally. I am certain another can be placed in the other half of the bomb bay to suspend a large item centrally (sea mine? short torpedo?):
Same bridge used to carry a pair of ordnance:

I forgot to mention that onIy the QuickBoost engines sat at the proper position in the cowlings. Therefore, I will be ordering one set of QuickBoost cowlings as I expect to use 2 sets kit cowlings for the back dating. I surely wish QuickBoost made the earlier cowlings! Now you know why I am getting rid of some old stuff.
If it is the same plastic surgeon working on noses, I know him too! I don't need ferry tanks but will need to make my earlier cowling.
