Here are the Japanese aircraft all labeled that are in John's photo post.
Here is what the Seiran looks like
Not sure how old this photo is. When I went there in 2019 the Nick fuselage was between the Ohka and the Seiran. In this photo it is missing.
I do know the Seiran was disassembled and folded up in the largest Japanese submarines which were the largest subs built up until that time I believe.
