Ian is graduating high school this year. Our school district has the option for special education students to attend school until they are 21, which Renee and I have agreed would be best. We weren't sure if we were going to let him walk this year or wait until his last year of school. The more we are out and about in our little town, we have a population of about 22,000, and we see the 'regular' education students wave and talk with Ian, we knew we had to let him graduate with his friends. They have just as much invested in him as we do. We've been told by a few of his friends that we don't have to worry about him at school. He has a few 'guardian angels' that watch out for him.
