WALKING TANK-"ALL DONE"UPDATE

Re: WALKING TANK-"STANDING ON IT'S OWN SIX LEGS"UPDATE

IT'S ALIVE!!!

I was fearing that you had quit completely on this one Terry. Glad to be proven wrong!
It simply looks amazing when everything is in place. One question thou, are you going to design a larger feet for the legs?

Ruben

Yes it's alive!!

Well I don't know about the feet. I have seen some models that didn't have any feet, but I have thinking about making some more tough looking foot pads.

Re: WALKING TANK-"WALKING RADAR"UPDATE

I had a idea the other day for a bit of technology that the walking tank needed. So i added a radar dish. It's made out of brass and aluminum tube, copper wire, bits of resin, and spare Panther screen. Here's few pic's. Now back to leg armor......

Re: WALKING TANK-"DETAILS DETAILS"UPDATE

Time for a little update! I have been adding details to the turret and the hull; finishing up the let construction and finally some base coating paint work. The building phase is pretty much done until I get to the base. Fun part comming up "Painting". Well here are some pictures to keep you guys up to date.

Re: WALKING TANK-"DETAILS DETAILS"UPDATE

you just look like you're having all sorts of fun with this.

Re: WALKING TANK-"DETAILS DETAILS"UPDATE

You know they have these walker type things in the logging industry now.

Re: WALKING TANK-"DETAILS DETAILS"UPDATE

Well that's how things start out. All we need to do is add some guns. Don't you know if something like that came at you with guns blazing it would scare the crap out you.

Terry :eek:hmy:

Re: WALKING TANK-"DETAILS DETAILS"UPDATE

na...just tie a rope around the legs and it falls. saw it in a movie once. :silly:

but yeah, mount up a quad .50 on top, their would be some soiled britches. Even the logger types would do that to me! See the saws and pinchers they have?

Yeah I think I seen that movie. You know imperial gunners really suck.
