This little trailer, wow, it makes you think.

Is this for the HBO series that has been rumored? I do hope they include B-24s in the film. It would be ashame if another film gives the impression that the B-17 was the only heavy bomber flying over Europe.

It's definitely not the Hanks/Spielberg film. It's a teaser shot to promote a competing project. That wreck is the worst! Clunk!

All I get is some gal mixing a drink?

I hope they don't make it hokey. There's been other films recently that made the airfields look like toy playsets. There's so many stories that could be told they really don't need the hollywood treatment if you know what I mean.

The video looked ok to me, except for the B-17 riding on the back of the other one before they both crashed.

Uh .... I saw the trailer I do not like it, looks like a video game for me, unrealistic details during breathing, vapor  maybe I have high expectations :) Memphis Belle was a decent movie! :ro:

Thank for sharing!
All the best!
Dusan.

My personal favorite, Twelve O'Clock High. Very little flying footage but really tells the story of how radical the idea of daylight bombing was.

Wonder if The Mighty 8th would be too limiting of a Campaign? Anything that flew in the 8th Air Force, any time.
