I'm talking Star Trek right on my bench for $330.

After building and calibrating, I really had my doubts as to how useful it would actually be. Then I got it adjusted and it surpassed my wildest expectations.

Here's a gear, which is a major deal for me since almost everything I want to do depends on them.

That gear took under 10 minutes total from idea in me head to holding it in my hand. Made to my specs. That's flippin' science fiction right there.

Window frames, road wheels, etc should be no problem to pull off, but highly detailed things would need the likes of Shapeways. But for sitting in my shop with absolutely zero knowledge going in, I'm printing at 100 microns...
