After waiting for a long time for the weather to clear up here are the pics of the finished Komet.
This model is very basic and not very accurate and is actually an early mold kit from the early 1960s HAWK kit and released a few years ago by Testors...one thing missing in the Testors reboxing is the clear red/orange plastic ''flame'' that was supposed to represent exhaust from the rocket motor.
I painted this model with enamel paints from Xtracolor and Model Master and used the kits decals for the markings, the entire camo pattern was painted free handed with my Iwata Revolution BR airbrush, the Revolution BR makes painting these type of camouflage patterns very easy to do.
