Tanks in the streets !!!

You know it's 'Exercise Time' when you drive in to the village and there's a couple of LAV's parked outside the (only) store with a bunch of US Marines and Kiwi troops standing around eating ice-cream !!

To be honest these guys have been around since the beginning of the month, Kiwi Kuru is operating all over New Zealand, but has been centred on Taranaki for the last 10 days.

I was in college at Ohio U (Athens, OH) and had just gotten up to go sing at church when WATH announced that there were "Tanks in the streets of Athens." I knew there had been trouble in town the night before... but TANKS!!!!! :woohoo: :woohoo:

He was talking about Athens, Greece...

Can you imagine waking up with a M-48 sitting outside your house? :v
