Next on the bench. I tell ya the armor bug has really bitten me. So much less stress than aircraft.
Anyway the lower hull is together the HVSS bogies are together and a couple of thing done on the upper hull. Not a whole lot to show. Except for the pivoting exhaust baffle. I put several hours into that little assembly.

Haven’t had the opportunity to build this one but from all research it is supposed to be a great one, cannot wait to see how she turns out!

I believe this is the "simplified weekend" version with details like solid moulded grab handles,hollow back suspension springs and fewer parts. The release with the 4 US infantry figures is the rebox of the Asuka kit with about 25% more parts.

If picking nits, the official designation is M4A3 (76) W HVSS. The E8 was added for HVSS testing and development on the M4A1, M4A2 and M4A3.

Thanks for that info Rich. This boxing does not have the infantry figures, just the commander half figure for the top hatch.
