Tamiya 1/12 Ducati 900

Well, 'round here we'd blame it on being on top of an Indian Burial Grounds...but I don't think you have that problem there in the UK.

Sorry, i completely forgot about this . As usual it turned into an experiment after the Black failed.....or i failed with the Black to be accurate :) they never made them this colour and the decals are wrong having wrecked the originals on the black version. Instead i used it to try out some new ideas , the best being the different techniques of painting using silver gloss, silver matt with gloss clear coat and Alclad on the engine. Also Tamiya's version of alclad with a Matt coat. Best of all was getting round the glue on the clear parts problem which always sticks out like a saw thumb on bike kits..Dont use any :) I used .75mm alloy rivets to fix the screen to the fairing and it looks spot on. In 1:1 it would have 6mm S/S pan head screws.
