Primer, Tamiya

Cockpit, Tamiya base coat, Vallejo used for details, Tamiya clear

Scratch the outside skin of the crashed space ship. I just used scrape styrene sheet and strip for it.

Last night I was able to get it shot primer and a couple varying coats of white for the outside, all from Tamiya. The inner part of the skin I sprayed with a hull red. (No picture as I covered it with tape) I taped off the spots where I'm going to be painting bare metal and to keep the over spray down.

I then sprayed the inside with the tubes with the same mixes of white.

Between the inner section and the outer I painted with Tamiya hull red.

Started the detail painting of the stand. I'm really regretting assembling as much as I did. Would have been a whole lot easier without the tubes on the one half. Live and learn.
