Indeed @RichB , but I didn't mention it would be James' preferred 1/32nd scale of which only the ZM kit includes the louvres (which seem more accurate than Red Roo's rendition). In 1/48th, Yahu! makes the louvres (you get two sets) for the ICM/Tamiya kit.Could be a post-war RCAF Mustang, no louvres required.

The Airfix and Eduard kits contain the louvres.
Four louvres which covered 16 perforations (4 per row). Unique to Commonwealth Mustangs. Mustang IVa shown as an example.What louvers are y'all talking about?
I just saw that. I like you scheme a lot more. I really dont like doing natural metal but the big national markings and red nose caught my attention on this one.Way to go James! Another J26 to the fleet!
