You don't need any aftermarket. Just work on building the basic kit for now and always remember "paint everything". I never use all that aftermarket stuff anyhow.
 
I've said it before... when I (eventually) grow-up, I want to be able to build/finish AFV models like Ming. I'm all-out of superlatives, bud, simple as that.
