Sturmtiger

I agree and was trying to force a figure that wasn't quite right for the scene. I was afraid that figure would hurt the scene. And now that to great modeler's have also suggested it's needed I know I'm on the right track if I can find a good figure.

Thanks for the compliments and input (y)

Tim

All I can say is wow,you get cold just looking at it !! the snow and icicles look great.

Well...after a couple of months I finally got a figure added to the scene (y) It's not a GI but I liked the pose and he looks really cold....

Awesome. (y) (y) (y)

Now keep contractors, pets, shelves, kids, and anything else diorama unfriendly away from it :D

Roger that James! Baybee, our old cat lives in the workroom till the sun goes down and all the dogs are alseep. Then she'll come out and hang in the rest of the house. Funny...most people that visit don't even know there is a cat in the house.

Most excellent, Tim!! I am glad you got it fixed and finished, the scene really speaks to me! (y)

Thanks all! :ro:

Now if I can just get control of the lighting for the pics and some figure painting lessons from Andy all would be fine in my tiny corner of the world :cheer: (y)

Very nice work. What kind of camera do you use? I had the same problem with my camera. Until I started to take all pictures in manual mode and adjusting the shutter speed.

Joe

Tim, since your camera doesn't have manual adjustments for shutter or focus control I suggest you start with an ISO setting of 400 and maybe look into a neon/halogen light source like a desk lamp. Also some white or blue posterboard as background. I am by no means camera specialist. I am just trying to give you some ideas. Maybe see if there is a camera forum out there you can asked for help.
