Well with Gator posting his splinter masks, that got me thinking about this shelf queen the S-Tank. Dusted it off and messed with it some yesterday.
It is pretty much OBO, has I have hate relationship with plastic handles I replaced them. Then spent a hour and half masking off "anti slip pads".
masking (a lot of masking) tip: do this this first, before sticking the parts together if your going to do it
then sprayed it, took oh 5 to 10 seconds
peel the tape off (if your like me an skip the tip, you will be peeling parts off the tape also :idonno )
If I would have been thinking, I would have removed the pads and replaced them with cut strips of 220 grit sand paper. I believe that would have looked better.
Oh it is the Trumpeter 1/35 scale kit. Cool looking tank.
