Sherman in 1/16 scale.

Adding texture to the turret.
I'm looking at the antenna mounts. Theres two, one behind the loader hatch and the other behind the cupola. The kit has placing the larger mount behind the loaders hatch, but I've also seen it behind the commander's cupola?

The crap I get myself into...
The seam lines on the antenna mount was just to much to remove from the spring, so I cut it off and made one from wire.
The 9ft whip antenna is from stretched sprue.

I have the added 30 cal gun sitting where the one on the "Fury" tank is mounted. Problem is when the gun is swung around the ammo box hits the spot light. In the Fury pic the spot light has been removed. I'm not doing the "Fury" movie tank, but it's the only clear pic I've seen so far as to where it would have been mounted.

I get the spring thing Tim. Something I got years ago are a couple watchmaker screw slotting files. These are files that are a smidge thicker than a razor blade in the middle and the tapered edges are the files. They are for cutting screw slots in tiny watch screws. The ones I have are worn and quite thin. One I use a lot for doing panel lines and it comes in handy for anything that is narrow and needs to be smoothed out.
