Regia Aeronautica IMAM Ro.44

Just finished this kit up this week while my internet was down! The kit was Massi Models IMAM Ro. 44 from Italy. Its 1/48 and entirely resin. It was my second all resin kit and was a bit of a battle. I started it back in June of 2011 and just finished it up this week. I did add a fair bit of scratch details to it as well. Here's a few final shots of her.

I know Pavla/octopus made a kit of this plane in 1/72 but I've only seen this one in 1/48 and I wasn't able to find any examples built online.

It is a nice kit, just challenging... all those little resin struts and rigging were a pain, not to mention that the wings were warped.

Had some really good detail too...

I actually scratch built most of the interior, too bad you can't really see it..

Now if I can only find the Ro.43 floater in 1/48!
