Question About Marking Scheme On Tamiya's BT-7 !

Hi guys ,

Am currently working on Tamiya's BT-7 Model 1935 and have a question on the marking scheme for the 6th tank brigade , Mongolia 1939 (Khalkin Gol , i presume) . I have seen the actual pic that this scheme is based on and the caption says that it is a command tank !!! If so shouldn't it have the frame aerial as supplied in the kit ? Thanks for any help or suggestions with this matter !
