Maybe not ALL Apollo, but that could be a good place to start!
Next year marks the 40th anniversary of the last lunar landing with Apollo 17 which landed on the moon Dec. 11 and returned to Earth a week later.
I know this is different from the usual fare of ships tanks and planes but that could make it worth while. Would anyone be interested in beginning in Jan and running the b uild through Dec.'12?
Alot can be covered, mercury, Gemini, Apollo- and if someone wants to build an Apollo /Soyuz, I'm not against it.
Maybe we could get a handfull interested? I think I would want to build the 1/32 Command module, but they also make the two space craft in 1/48 (Dragon) and 1/72. Not to mention all the rockets - Surveyor 1 and the Mariner 9 that went to mars in '71.
If you folks want to do something different, I'll over see the page.
