Yeah, it was the go to RC plane covering back in the day and is a popular sail material for small scale ship modelers. Dipped in water once dry holds its shape nicely and isn't fuzzy.Had to google Silkspan, haven't heard of it. Looks great!
10-4. I'm going to bag mine. Since there isn't a designated place on the hull for one its going to lay on the engine deck.Think it was a brush but also it was bagged if I'm not mistaken.
Yes, I do know what the brush actually looks like and they were kept covered to keep THEM clean.Does anyone know what the cleaner end actually looks like? I read its a brush, but no scale models of it looks like an actual brush and I haven't found a pic of a real one. I'm guessing they were pretty messy, so was a cover kept on them and that's what the model versions are showing.

That brush for the Pak 40 is good reference as I have more Pak 40 carriers to build.Saul beat me to it. I could only find these for a Pak 40 and Flak 38.
