Experimenting with Silkspan for making the rolled tarps. They're wet from the paint/water dip. We'll see if it worked once they dry.

Made some gun cleaning rods. Does anyone know what the cleaner end actually looks like? I read its a brush, but no scale models of it looks like an actual brush and I haven't found a pic of a real one. I'm guessing they were pretty messy, so was a cover kept on them and that's what the model versions are showing.

Yeah, it was the go to RC plane covering back in the day and is a popular sail material for small scale ship modelers. Dipped in water once dry holds its shape nicely and isn't fuzzy.

Yes, I do know what the brush actually looks like and they were kept covered to keep THEM clean.
