Opel Blitz fuel truck

I don't make very many ground targets but here is one of them, the Italeri 1/48 scale Opel fuel truck.
This is not a standard Opel fuel truck and has a hardtop cab.

Here are some pics...

Paints used were Model Master enamels, the colors were a custom mix because I don't make very many ground vehicles and had no paint shades in those colors.
Airbrush used was my Iwata Revolution BR.

Nice! i'm building the one in 1/35 right now, it's a little tricky to get the cab done but i hope it will look something like yours when i'm done with it

For me building ground vehicles is way out of my comfort zone but I wanted a tanker truck to use in some of my airfield pictures.

Those two models in the background are older 1/72 scale builds, one is an Italeri kit, the other is Academy.
Being 1/72 scale those two trucks are best not seen very close....
