Modern Armor Campaign

What is modern armor?

From the original discussions "Guys i suggest that it include all MBT and AFV's (tracked or wheeled) as long as it has armor . Time frame from Post 1945 to now ! " dukwhunter

Broad? Yes, but all the more to play with.

'45 or '46?

What is modern armor?

Well he said 1945, I said 1946 like I knew what I was talking about. So it's 1945 on. But to be safe let's pick something that's not questionable. We have plenty of campaigns going on where most anything will fall into place.

Not that I care what anyone builds but, to me, modern armor is like late 60's onward. I'm not trying to spark a debate, just throwing my thoughts out there.

Then again, many people consider Century Series jets as "modern".

Thing is, AMPS and IPMS generally have categories that break down between the World Wars and then after WWII as modern. That's what Joey was going on when he suggested this so there's where we'll start.

But 60s on you're more than safe :soldier
