Lets do another Officers plane.

I thought this should be its own thread.
I started the Amodel C-37B on June 18, 2020.

Lots of parts in the bag.

No numbers on the parts tree. Need to reference the tree layout page.
I wrote the numbers on the parts. Reminds me of the Special Hobby CH-37 Mojave.

Used strips of .005 polystyrene for support.

Main fuselage consist of 6 parts. After clean up I taped the part to a piece of glass.

Small miss match on bottom seam.

Liquid putty to the rescue.

Lower wings and fuselage glued and cleaned up.

More tomorrow.
Thank you for following

Thanks for the clarification John.
I have two of the kits.

Winglets and lights. They have a positive position for the wingtip lights.
This is a butt joint. I could not foresee it lasting to long.
Added .020 brass wire for support. The black lines help me with my drilling of the holes.

If it isn't too late, I'll put some of my generic F-4 cockpit console decals in the box with your Chuck Sterns trophy package.
She looks pretty snazzy for a tube full of Brass Penguins!

That is one sharp looking kit. Since I don't have much luck with limited run kits I think Ill just enjoy your build here, Frank.

Paul,
Enjoy.
The kit is very basic. Not alot of parts.
Most of the parts are anntena, which cannot be used they are so bad.

SEE!? Lookie! SEE!? It isn't a classic kit, but this is why I awarded Frank! He will build a limited run Turd of an airplane model and be unaffected by the obvious Stank! Mike and Eric do the same thing with their one-off Armor kits!
Chuck Sterns didn't build Armor models. Sorry Brothers!
