how do you build one of these? :idonno No wings?

Same way as you do planes. The only differance is instead of "flying" it around and making brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sounds you will have to push it on the ground and make vroom sounds

Impulse buy, simple as that !!

Another small(ish) step away from my comfort zone. Street 'Exotics' simply do not interest me whatsoever , but dress them up in racing clothes and that's a very different story. Was idley browsing ebay on Monday evening and found this at a stupidly low price from a Japanese seller, even including postage to NZ it was a serious bargain.

So after a little on-line research about the kit from folks who had actually built one, I decided it was too good an opportunity to pass-up, and I bought it.

Arrived this morning - fantastic service !!

Great purchases Rich!

Well, after pulling the trigger on many trucks and civilian vehicles from my favorite Hong Kong seller (Yorkie Hobbies) which included Takom's German Civilian Car (a BMW 323i), Takom has now announced another on my to get list:

Picked up this figure set for whenever I decide to try my hand at the old Tamiya Sturmtiger kit I picked up years ago-- I really like these figure sets from Master Box as they seem so well thought out. Only thing inaccurate is instead of the watermelon you see on the cover shot, they appeared to replace it in the actual parts with a head of cabbage ;)

The chickens come as part of the figure's arms-- with the exception of the wings...hope the seam isn't too noticeable...

Also comes with a great sprue of accessories and weapons-- although the magazine on the bottom left MP 40 broke in half :(
