Houses for 25mm Figures

Shalom.

I found some old textured fluorescent light fixture diffuser shields. Turned out they can be glued with styrene cement. So, I decided to build three houses for some of my metal 25mm fantasy figures. I built the houses in a Medieval Style and used styrene strips for the imitation wood beams on the outside.

I placed some furnishings and figures inside these houses. I also installed 14 volts model railroad lights to light up the interiors of the second floors of the houses.

Here are the three houses minus the roofs as i was testing new wiring tonight.

Here is a view through the house window of the interior of the left hand house.

Here is a view through the house window of the interior of the middle house. Notice the lady at the mirror.

I have other lights and figures to place on the diorama base these houses will be going on.

Thanks for looking and cheers from Peter

That looks great,Peter! (y)

Can you take a picture with something like car keys or a lighter to have some sense of the size of these houses?

Greetings,Ron.

Shalom.

How about with a 25mm figure, a 1/35 (50 mm) figure and a measuring tape with centimetres and inches?

Here you go.

The three buildings in a row with a 25 mm and a 1/35 scale figure.

A closer view.

why is it 25mm when she's standing about 30mm?

Shalom Moon puppy.

Perhaps they're not exact 25mm scale figures? These are so old I don't remember what scale they were but thought it was 25mm. Obviously they're a bit bigger than that even if the base is a millimeter or two thick. IIRC, this is a Ral-Partha figure. They did a lot of 'Dungeons & Dragons', 'Ravenwolf' and similar lines of figures.

Addendum. It's RalPartha. According to Wikipedia RP made, "25 mm, 30 mm, 15 mm, and 54 mm scale from 1975 to 2001". thus, my figures must be the 30mm series.

Cheers from Peter
