I know we are an international site, but i wish to extend a very happy Thursday to all as we here in America celebrate our national feast day followed by black Friday- which is unofficially the beginning of the dreaded Christmas season. I like Dec 25th and all the great films and cartoons that will be shown in the meanwhile but i can't stand the commercialism! But food is always a great thing...

Already got the turkeys. Just roasting them this year, nothing fancy or life threatening like frying one. Thought about smoking one but that's an investment in time for sure.

As for the commercialism of Christmas, I don't allow it to become that way. I just keep focused on the Reason for the Season and always endeavor to spread that Reason with all I know. Makes for a wonderful Christmas every time!

I try to do that too, even that here in Brazil, we don't have the Thanksgiving holiday...
we've a Catolic education. B)
