Was planning on getting some paint slapped onto a couple builds due at the end of the month...and apparently when I last cleaned my airbrush, I had a bit of a brain fart and wasn't careful about the Teflon washer that goes between the barrel and the tip.

Contacted Badger the other day about ordering another one and they are apparently busy as I haven't heard anything back yet. Frustrating to be so close to being done and come up against a roadblock

All Badger products have lifetime warranty Mike. Pack it up with a note of what's wrong, send it to them and they will return it ASAP. I sent 3 to them once and got them all back within a week.

Highly recommended (y)

Yep. lifetime warranty* unless you did something stupid like threw it off a building and then a steamroller ran over it. I had my compressor start acting weird. It would just run constantly, I took it to them (they are only like 45 minutes away) and the guy cleaned it and showed me how to do it myself the next time it happened.

* The warranty doesn't cover the finish but, who cares as long as it works?

I just had this one in their shop in the early fall and it took nearly a month or two to get it back. All I need is the little Teflon washer...no real need to send it back really...but I do need to have them reply before I can order. Ken is busy...no big deal...I know he's a class act- but Tom Petty said it best about the waitin'

By what you are describing it sounds to me like you are after one of these "BDG 50-055 - PTFE Head Washer" Which an be seen in the diagram found here:
TCP Global Badger Parts. I think that most anywhere you can by a Badger airbrush, on line or in person, stocks these or should be able to get them in fiarly quickly and they are not expensive, I keep a couple on hand.
