When I had a root canal done the dentist showed me the dental files he was using. Unfortunately I wasn't in any shape to ask if he had spares after. Then I saw a thread where Saul had some. Where does this lead? Well I looked on ebay as a lark using Dental files as the search. There are pages of them. I got 3 6 packs for 99 cents each. There are more options. Why should you care? They are excellent files for very tiny areas and are numbered the same as drill bits. So if you have a tiny area to sand or file down these are excellent. BTW dental tools also came up and there where some cool ones modelers could use.

. DO you know if they are gauged in mm ? After doing this Griffon P.E.( Royal Edition for the Flak-vierling DML) ,I've slowly found out that sometimes, I really just want a .3 ,.5, .8mm drill bit & haven't taken th time to size it up against what I have & take "inventory".
