Christmas Cheer

I got some stew beef for this weekend, problem today is we're going to be in the upper 70s today. they are calling for rain and 50s tomorrow so i'll hold out till then.

At least you had a white Christmas. ☃️
Actually, everything melted in the rain on Christmas Eve and it snowed last night (Friday). I prefer rain to snow since rain at least knows when to leave, snow is a squatter which you must move for either convenience (to travel) or to protect your home. For the latter, I just came in from using a roof rake to remove snow on the side where this house had a history of ice dams causing leaks.

You can have some of ours. Just cleared another 7cm during a break in the bands of snow showers moving thru today. Added challenge today was the -32C windchill. Luckily our snow is nice powder to add to the 1.5m ski hills I've built up on each side of the driveway.⛷️🏂

Cheers,
RichB

Some people live in areas where a centimeter of snow causes children to stay home!

That is where I live. That all started when I was in highschool in '82 and the school board waited until there was 3" on the ground before calling school. Two of my classmates wrecked and were killed on the drive home and the board took a crapload of heat for delaying. Ever since, if there is snow even mentioned in the forcast they call school off for the county.
