The scheme you chose is the best for the kit, others may be late requiring a change to the upper hull next to the driver, or purchasing SP Designs #301 upper hull:

Got the undercarriage almost all done. The itsy bitsy parts were a pain but they are on. Read the instructions and did not comprehend until I was done gluing the bumper pads on. Then had to pry them off and reverse them and luckily no damage. Up to step 4 I think now and might tey to get the undercarriage done before bed.

Bit cooler today but rain coming and the sun is tinged red from the fire at Fort Mac. Rain will be nice but that means chances of lightning wich is bad as the for tinder dry forest.
