Building a nother German bird. This is Eduard's 1/48th Bf 109G-10 kit. Cockpit is all done and ready for buttoning up.

Some progress on Yellow 5

I still need a lot of practice on applying the side camo.

I'm not a big fan of the -109 (I know, crazy, right?) but this is shaping up quite well.

Went back and re-did that one side. Not gonna touch it any more and leave alone.

I find it interesting that they did not finish painting the whole underside RLM 76 and left some in bare Aluminum.

Looks excellent. Glad you captured the unpainted wing sections as most people miss this detail on a lot of the G10's.

I always had a problem getting it to seal. You're nailing it. It'll be interesting to see what you find as a replacement.

Replacement will me Mr. Metal Aluminum, its okay but not near as good as Model Master.

I know what you mean about the Model Master paint absence. Thankfully, I bought several bottles a couple of years ago, while you could still get it.
