Aussie Centurion help

Sometime later this year I'll probably start building the AFV Club Aussie Centurion kit. I have a few update sets for it and may also buy the AFV Club tracks (anyone used them yet?) as well. I need some help with the fuel cans that were stowed on the engine deck. Were these British or American fuel cans? If they British, would the the Accurate Armour 1964 era British cans be appropriate? I've seen other modelers use cans from a company called "Armour Bits", however I can't find a shop that carries this line. Is there a good site with wartime reference photos of the Centurion in Vietnam? I have found a few pictures, but nothing that really stands out. I would like to also find the Mouse House book on Australian Cents, but again, I can't find a vendor that stocks the book. Thanks for any help thrown my way.

They werent feul cans, they are water jerries to replace the water in the radiator. The best water jerries to get are from Mouse House Enterprises:

If you look at period photos you can see a variety of cans carried. The Plastic Water can which is available from Mousehouse and Accurate Armour or raid them from a cheap clone of the Tamiya Challenger 1 Mk 3 desert Storm kit from Lee, the Australian "Jerry Can" which is essientally the British one and this is available from the old Italeri Jerrycan set, The Tamiya Allied Truck load set and Accurate Armour. (I really like the Italeri and Tamiya ones) They also were seen with US steel water cans which are available from a lot of sources including the Italeri set, Tamiya set, Tasca, etc.
