Be glad yo are healthy enough to do all that. I'm still fighting this back pain; the only thing that helps me deal with it is building models!
I use to laugh when I read the label on my prescription meds "Stay out of direct sunlight". I'd think "what, am I going to turn into a vampire?" Nope. This lovely upper 90s to lower 100s heat with 90% humidity kicks my butt. I've learned to take multiple a/c and water breaks and not think I'm still in my late 20s.
:yipee
Some medicines react a lot more strongly if the person is in direct sunlight.

"Sun-sensitizing drugs (photosensitivity) definition and facts
Sun-sensitive or photosensitive drugs are drugs that cause a moderate to severe skin reaction that is similar to a bad sunburn when the exposed to the sun (UV rays), usually the forehead, nose, hands, arms, and lips. Many common medications cause this reaction in some people.
Usually, the allergic reaction appears within 24 hours of sun exposure and resolves when the blisters from the rash peel and slough off.
Symptoms of sun sensitivity are similar to those of a sunburn, and may include:
A stinging and burning sensation
Rash
Redness
Pain
Blisters
Inflammation and swelling
Itching"
Now that doesn't sound too nice especially if you're already suffering from something.
