It's really a mixture Saul. I have seen a number of images of the mounted spare tracks and wheel. So this vehicle is from no particular unit (as many photos state).is this stowage in the instructions, based on a photo, or artistic license?
Understood, it seems you used museum photos for the wheels and additional tracks on the side as I have yet to come across photos of these during the war. It is still a great build to me! I've done a LOT of actual research one the Jagdpanzer 38 (even visiting the one your model most resembles in Musée des Blindés, France) to get information on how it was built, postwar modifications, and what was needed to get it back to wartime production status. It's really a mixture Saul. Howzit Saul, this is the picture I based my vehicle on - roughly.Understood, it seems you used museum photos for the wheels and additional tracks on the side as I have yet to come across photos of these during the war. You did great! This is Ft. Benning's G-13 used in reenactments. Here is a link to a PDF where you can see it on page 17 in another camouflage scheme. I don't know if this photo was taken before or after the one you used as reference but the vehicle is barely modified to look like the German wartime Jagdpanzer:Howzit Saul, this is the picture I based my vehicle on - roughly.View attachment 143160
