A Time of Ugh

Barney

Well-known member
A while back a conglomeration of physical problems and other issues made it necessary to take a step back from social media and other matters that distracted me from the important medical and physical components of my daily life. The medical idiots have adjusted my little tiny pills. I’ve reduced things that have caused massive anxiety. I have increased my level of physical activity and told a bunch of people to go fly a kite. (I also unfolllowed about 40% of people on my social media)

I may be an old stubborn man who has seen too much 💩, but I still have enough sense to act in my own self interest.

So, Facebook and YouTube are on the back burner, I have deleted several web discussions I rarely look at and I am almost finished with the first kit I have completed in a couple of years (pic to follow).

There are a couple of matters that need further attention. Fortunately, I live in the best place in the world for such care: Cleveland. Heartoroblems? No pr Obie m. Funky liv er? Piece of cake! Cancer? Covered!! The only thing to worry about is when will professional football return to Cleveland.

Glad you are doing better Barney and that you have not censored us out as well. I have been doing radiation therapy on my left thigh to (hopefully) prevent any reoccurrence of the fatty tumor that has been coming back and required 4 surgeries since 2012.

I have to go in for 33 treatments. One treatment every weekday morning in the crazy rad machine. As of today I am 2/3 done and have 11 left to do. My skin is still doing ok though I can feel the effects inside and it is making me rather tired in the afternoon now. I guess I am lucky in that at my age I am more healthy than many other folks and it isn't affecting me as much as they expected.

Good to see you. Take care of you first. I'm still trying to figure out things and am really hoping to get back modeling. All the best.
James
