Alex, I commend you on this model. I'm also building an F-18F Super Hornet and I'm having the same issues as you; only I'm building OOB! So you are doing well considerations your brave use of aftermarket additions. This is one to be proud of.

This is indeed the best Forum on the net. Only here you would find so many nice People that encourage you when you are about to give up the Hobby. I am very, very thankful.
SO... I soldiered on and now the decals are in. After that weathering (light) and I am preparing a nice Diorama as well. Let's see what you think.

Considering the complexity of this build, I would say you've done quite a good job on it.

Hey all,
Sorry for the Hissy-fit. Very unbecoming...
I just got a bit frustrated. But it is all good now. I Need to master the Basic techniques before embarking in such challenges. And not being able to airbrush is a very detrimental handycap.
In any case, I am somewhat happy with the end result. Did not turn out SOOOO bad.
I am off to Brazil now, talk to you in January 2017.

Alex I think that is a commendable job. I'm still working on the basics myself so don't worry, that never ends. Still, you improve those and when you're ready to tackle thew challenges again, you'll be unstoppable.
