1/350 Small Boat Set. TLAR Models #1125

I had been thinking about releasing just the 1/350 boats I've made so far. The big war canoe, and my Dad's Larsen speedboat came out so well, it seemed a shame not to make such things available to others afflicted with Nautical Oddities Disorder. The Venezuelan Narcho boat is a shoe-in for this new set of previously cast 1/350 vessels as well.

References for these boats aren't easy to find. Videos abound, but they most often show these boats getting blown to smithereens, as they should.
There are beams that run form side to side, dividing the cargo areas and strengthening the sides of the boat. I womped up some T-beam from .010 X .020 plastic strip to to mold to make the 60-footer as accurate as possible. :bm:

The 1/350 Master is done. MFD, chart plotter and wheel on the helm with room for a RH throttle. I considered fore and aft towing bitts, but decided that was "too Coast Guard" for a Cartel drug runner. I expect to mount 5 200 hp outboards on the stern. It would take a very plucky USGC OTH boat to catch this monster!
Thanks for looking in!

Well I'm not bored, I like the idea of 350 size smaller boats, I could see them as accessories for the big ships. I got hung up on the Graf Spee because the boats for it didn't match the the detail of the rest of the ship. I tried to update the little boats but failed badly.

Hey, how about I just quit boring everyone with all these nautical projects?
Don't you dare! I am not bored.

I was just looking at a crazy man who 3D printed hundreds of spent shells for ack-ack in 1/350th scale! He was crumbling them off the mount and my first thought was DOH! You should paint it first and then only have to deal with the butt end but not with them flying away!

Must have been BIG shells. Can't imagine .50 Cal or 20mm shells in 1/350.
