1/700 Aircraft. I'm stuck in "Teeny" Gear! Zorn!

I had a bubble in a PBM hull casting. Waste not, Want Not. A waterline version. Then, as if that wasn't enough, so I opened a bow hatch and a cargo hatch and made brass doors. It should make for very interesting waterline model making!

Then too, A forest of 1/350 missiles, the accurate Bluenose cabin and a beaching trolley for seaplanes. I painted the beaching trolley. It will handle flying boats up to the size of the Boeing 314 Clipper.
 
This is cool! I wonder what it would cost me to have four to six 1/600 scale E2C Hawkeyes cast for my 1/600 scale USS Enterprise I just finished. They gave me a wide variety of aircraft for the air wing, but no Hawkeyes.

Both Boeing 314's in primer. These are looking promising! One will be in the 1930's Pan Am scheme and one in the multi-blue Pacific scheme. Propeller shafts will finish the builds. Actual cool p/e propellers can be had from White Ensign Models 1/700 Aircraft details. Now, where did I leave that bottle of Floquil Old Silver?

I found my ancient bottle of Floquil Old Silver lacquer paint and proceeded! The Boeing model 314 Clippers came out pretty good, but I can see where a little more clean-up of the castings could be a benefit.
Then, I mixed up a little bit too much Testors flat sea blue, so a couple of 1/700 Seadart fighters got painted too! T'were a fine morning to airbrush!

The orange stripe isn't quite perfect, but it will suffice. Decal marking for the American NC numbers on the wings at least and maybe the on BOAC Clipper. It was Winston's.
