Bought this kit from Saúl a while back-- he had used the interior so I am happy to build just the tank as is...although I will not be building the German version. I am looking to recreate the Malta brick camoflage. It has been a good build to date- and good practice for when I get to building one of the interior kits I have in the stash. Definite finicky bits with the multipart sprockets and such...

I built this a while back as a well worn desert item, nice kit :)

EDIT

No i didnt, i built the Tamiya version .......sorry

Thanks Ian...been too nice outside to work in the shop...hopefully soon!

Appreciate that John...I tried a greenish wash from Citadel but might try Nuln Oil to get it a bit darker.

John might be right there with lighter. All day sun near the equator (N Africa) would tend to bleach all the coloring out, even the green line work.

Thanks guys...

I actually meant for the lines in between...was going to do a little dry brush on the stones themselves...but I'll play around with it. I've got a website with dozens of images of the Malta countryside as reference...
