Thanks, Brother, and yes Sir, most definitely. I'm not going to fall into post model-dum depression over this pig. So, the next kit is on deck, Trumpeter's A-37B Dragonfly, 1/48 scale, then back to figures, American Indian sets with smaller, much smaller foot prints, HA!.Good to see it finished Steve! I am sure that you have quite a sense of accomplishment on this after all this time.
Thanks MP, and thanks for the offer. I'm thinking that 620-720- width would work ok, my max usually being 620. The trick is to get the lighting just right and having room for my camera to get in there to take the pics. My photo bench is being accosted by the size of this base, so that will take some planning as well. I recon nothing new, because I usually take quite a few pics just to get a few decent ones anyway. I can zap you a few pics PM and see if you think they will be ok.
Can't wait to see the finished photos! I could arrange to get some higher resolution images uploaded on our website if you like. Just got to figure out how to get them to me. Maybe dropbox or something.
Thanks, Brother. The lighting crew has greater seniority than I, so I will wait, HA!Praying to the weather gods for ya Steve.![]()
Negative, Ghost Rider, the Pattern is full! Nope, they are not plastic, they are paper, wire and putty with fine grain sand on top. No worries, ain't nothing, and I mean nothing, changing now. Great idea, I should do some black and whites for the heck of it, why not? This will all look better when I get "all" the pics snapped.Only thing I see that stands out off, is the cat tails green is too green. It looks like plastic (which it is). Other than that it looks perfect. All the other colors, leaves, grass, figures are perfect. Do a few photos in B&W and a person would be very hard pressed to tell it is a model.
Yes, Sir, MP. This is kind of a split build. The Ranger is 200mm, the rest are 1/9th, as well as the bikes.Just a reminder for readers, this is 200mm figures, what, 1:9 scale? This is freakin huge!
There's a difference?The Ranger is 200mm, the rest are 1/9th
