Having a "plan" can range from actually having something analyzed with courses of action decided and acted upon to something like "I plan on doing something to make this look good"

I drapped a part that had the Life Colors green, you can see just how light it was.

That little armoured jeep you built awhile back, didn't you only use black and a yellow colour to m,ake an OD scheme?
