I had one line on my 1/48th Albatros that was a little loose once I had all the lines applied. I used a small soldering iron. Thing is I have used that iron for over 30 years and have a lot of respect for what heat it puts out. I held it over an inch below the line I needed to draw up and waved it a bit. I saw the line draw up and was done. Familiarity with the heat envelope made it easy, but had to really have my head glued to what I was doing or it could have gone FUBAR quite easily. An incense stick or a fireworks punk could work well. I could have also used another device I have with the soldering iron to turn down the voltage and decrease the heat. I think even the Dremel speed control I have would work fine for that as it reduces voltage and maybe amps to the output and the soldering iron would run cooler as well.
