Who is this? What unit or country?

BTW, anyone remember the movie, Edmond O'Brien was a fighter pilot flying P47. About the only movie I can recall P47s being used. But they painted up P51s in german colors (panzer grey) and called the FWs. :facepalm

Anticipated start time and length ? I have an RAF Mk I I'd like to do if this doesn't start till late this year or early next.

This is just in the early stages. Probably won't start till next year early.

Well, hell. I thought this was a car campaign idea. Another flippin' wingy thingy, bleah!

I got a hasegawa 1/48 D in the stash that I could do for this - I also have some South American decals knocking about too for a change.

I like the idea of both the plane and the car. Since the Ford Mustang was named after the P51 as tribute to WWII veterans.

Isnt't here also a website out there, Mustangs Mustangs? Reference site for both of them?

Ah yes..

I have been toying around with an idea for a mustang of the Cherokee persuasion. I going to do it OANG and call it "War Pony" written in Cherokee. :hmmm
