This is one of the kits that I have been working on,picked this one a few years ago at Armorcon in Connecticut. It's a pretty nice little kit,I was looking forward to trying the Modelkasten type indie tracks that came with the kit,but they were a total nightmare, too many attachment points to clean up,too tiny, the pins didn't hold the tracks together tight,so I dumped them and ordered Fruils.Once they come they will be added and more weathering and streaking will be added. I did a different camo scheme then what the instructions called for.

I've tried those tracks before, ended up sending them to Tony Lee and he loved them. I like the Fruils also, adds nice weight to the model.

Looks great so far Tony. :soldier

I got back from vacation in NJ Monday night and my Fruil tracks had arrived early from the Czech Republic,so I got a small start on them, man they are small as you can see,but the process is easy and as I get more time, they will grow quicker.

thanks for checking in

Well I know I shouldn't play actually football anymore, but now I know I can't even play catch at a BBQ.Dislocated right index finger, will probably keep me away from the bench for a little.Urgent care referred me to a hand specialist to make sure I avoid permanent damage.

"Cringe!" I can feel for you Tony!

That would totally FUBAR what I do for work. While I work on my cars, I always use a lot of care so as to not mess up my hands.

Hope it heals quickly and properly.

The finger is doing well,no surgery just splinted for another 2 weeks, but I was able to finish the tracks and do the weathering and got err done.It was a nice little kit except for the fragile tracks.

Check out the size difference with my KT
