I'm working on a strange military truck. The images are steps 1-11. Heading to paint.

Guess we're pressing on with Trucks. What was the deal with those wheels?

I'm pressing on with trucks.
They were tractor wheels to start with. Suppose to have better traction on soft ground on the eastern front. Didn't really pan out. The truck/tractor designed to tow artillery but was too slow (15kph). wound up being used to pull supply wagons or evacuate wounded.

can't see how that would have ever helped, gotta air down the tires for traction. Looking forward to this

For one thing it looks like it has an air cooled engine with no radiator. I am sure that caused a lack of power. Interesting vehicle Terry!
