Hey guys. Just finished this up for a GB over at Swanny's. It was kind of a speed build as I initiated the GB a year ago and just started in building about 2 weeks ago. Let me know what you think. Hope you all have a great New Year!

I know it doesn't meet the standard of the absolutely amazing work posted on this forum, but I hope you get some enjoyment out of it.

Very good job in such a short amount of time. (y) Especially with that old Tamiya kit.

Heck, I wish I could build a kit of that quality in such a short amount of time... :cheer:

Dang Adam, pulled that one out didn't ya?

looks great. I think you left a line from another forum on your post, that line about amazing work had to belong some where else.

Thanks for posting! :mpup

I did! Pulled it straight outta my a**! Wish I could devote 6 months to a build. Or a year or two. We'll see now with the new setup. Not that you can see it but SWMBO painted the rubber cleats on the tracks and I'm still trying to get her to finish her P-40 she's been workin on forever!

And thank you all for your kind comments. I've learned so much from you all. That's what made building this thing in two weeks so freakin' hard!

very good work adam!

a little bit more weathering would be splendid but it's not needed to let this model look good!

the only setback are the kit supplied tracks, they are plain ugly* - not your fault and for replacement tracks it's too late!

* the tracks themselves are ugly, not the work on them!

Excellent work on what is a very old tamiya kit

I like the way the seats were painted, looks well worn leather :)
