Re: SAS JEEP.

Man Luiz, you really got your modeling mojo working! Looking forward to this.

Notice the nonstandard knife on the driver of the first jeep in the first picture. It looks very ornate.

That's the Fairbairn Sykes fighting knive,a weapon used much by commando's and the SAS [the SAS has it in it's logo]

Looking forward to,no doubt,another superb build,Luiz!

Greetings,Ron.

Re: SAS JEEP.

Really, so that was standard issue? My mistake then, but still looks ornate for an actual weapon. Thanks for the correction Ron. :mpup

Re: SAS JEEP....wheels and tyres...

Hi!

...whenever possible, I´ll follow the excelent Terry Ashley´s review done at PMMS website...see the link:

http://www.perthmilitarymodelling.com/reviews/vehicles/cyberhobby/ch6681.html

...starting with the wheels...the Tamiya ones perform better,so I used them, see the pictures of a small modification that must be done...

...the CyberHobby tyres are too square...note the comparision with the Tamiya tyres...

...see you soon :Hiay

Re: SAS JEEP...CHASSIS/SUSPENSION...(JULY 20th)

Guessing the problem is somewhere in the Axel and Leaf Spring assembly?

Whatever it was you've made it look fine. :soldier
