These blobs don't look like pebbles (suction holes for the vacuum forming process) but they can be easily shaved off.

Then the other, I even tried to make a long street. In each case, some filling will be necessary.
While two of these are included, only two poles are instead of the three shown on the box top. also, the mounting method is not shown (it should be pin and tab).
