Any idea how the guy on the left got the popeye arm ?

wound? loader? bonus points for identifying the tank

I havent touched a model or a brush in 6 months not sure what is going on with that.

The bicep is seen lengthened and head on so it appears thin, but the forearm looks larger because it blends with the fold in the cloth behind it.

Tank looks Panther-ish to me.
